No. Its the responsibility of those driving the ISO effort that should be leading this. We do have a course - based upon the 2011 Edition, that does have some insights into the differences, but its real purpose if the latest edition.

Its our opinion the change is significant - in its purpose - with a new focus on a service management system and continuous improvement capability, the latter compatible with auditing guidelines....

The ISO 20000 Specialist course will be relaunched Q1 2014 at the Service Management University www.sm101-university.com as part of the USMBOK 2014 roadmap.
