No. Its the responsibility of those driving the ISO effort that should be leading this. We do have a course - based upon the 2011 Edition, that does have some insights into the differences, but its real purpose if the latest edition.

Its our opinion the change is significant - in its purpose - with a new focus on a service management system and continuous improvement capability, the latter compatible with auditing guidelines....

The ISO 20000 Specialist course will be relaunched Q1 2014 at the Service Management University as part of the USMBOK 2014 roadmap.
