All subscribers of the University will receive notification of new course content by a variety of methods including regular emails and messaging through the website forums.
You will be notified as soon as new course content is available. The planned schedule for the development of new course content and target timelines for its availability are published online at the website through the Course Development Roadmap page.
The same methods of notification are used to inform you of changes in existing course content. If for any reason you believe new course content was added and you were not informed, please submit a request ticket here using this support site, or email us at University@servicemanagement101.com, so we can investigate and be sure you stay well-informed.
